Delivery

The shipping costs are based on order's size

Pikkupaketti (6,90€) The ordered items can fit in the parcel under the height of 3 cm. Pikkupaketti will be delivered to your mailbox. The order will be delivered usually in 5 working days. We will send you a parcel tracking code to your email. You can choose Pikkupaketti delivery only in Finland.

S-Paketti (8,90€) The order will be delivered in the closest Post office or Posti's pick-up point. The order will be delivered usually in 1-3 working days. We will send you a parcel tracking code to your email. You can choose Paketti delivery only in Finland.

M-Paketti (10,90€) The order will be delivered in the closest Post office or Posti's pick-up point. The order will be delivered usually in 1-3 working days. We will send you a parcel tracking code to your email. You can choose Paketti delivery only in Finland.

Nouto (0€), You can pick up your order form my office in Seinäjoki Rytmikorjaamo. The pick up time will be decided with a text message or via a phone call. Wilhelmiina Design, Vaasantie 11 / Rytmikorjaamo, 60100 Seinäjoki puh.040 5837773

Letter (2,90€) Available as a shipping method when your cart contains only a few lightweight items, such as postcards or stickers. Please note that if you choose letter shipping, you will not receive a tracking code for your order. Letter delivery is slower than parcel shipping and may take several days in transit. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 14 days.

We process all the orders usually within 1-4 working days.

We are not responsible of transport companies delivery schedules which can be anything between 1-14 working days.

We will invoice 10€ of orders that has been delivered via Posti and not picked up before the due day. If the unpicked parcels returns to Wilhelmiina & Mustakissa Design, it costs 6,90€ to deliver the parcel to the customer again.

The customer is responsible of telling the correct delivery details (name, address, phone number etc.) when making and order.

Delivery in other countries than Finland in Europe

Envelope (6,90€) the order fits in an envelope. The tracking code is not available. The order will be delivered usually in 3-10 working days depending on your location.

Small Parcel (10,00€) the order will be delivered usually in 5-8 working days depending on your location. We will send you a parcel tracking code to your email.

Parcel (19,90€) the order will be delivered usually in 5-8 working days depending on your location. We will send you a parcel tracking code to your email.

Pre-order / Pre-sale

If a product is available for pre-order or pre-sale, it means the item is not currently in stock. Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they arrive at the warehouse. The estimated shipping date is provided in the product description of the pre-order item. Please note that the estimated shipping date may change slightly.

Note! If your order contains a pre-order item, all products will be shipped together in one delivery only after the pre-order item has arrived in stock.

Delivery directly to a friend’s address?

If you order products from our online store to be sent directly to a friend’s address, we can include a small greeting on your behalf. Please write your greeting in the "Additional order information" section, for example: "Happy Birthday Annu! Best wishes, Pirkko." We will write the greeting on a Mustakissa postcard matching the occasion. The postcard is included in the service and does not need to be purchased separately. Please keep your greeting polite and appropriate.

Issue during ordering?

If you experience a problem while placing your order and are unable to complete the payment, you can simply place your order again as usual. We will only ship the products that you have successfully paid for. Please note that despite the issue, you may still receive an order confirmation email.

Important! If your order remains incomplete and you do not place a new order or contact us by email, we will release the reserved products back for sale through the online store within 24 hours.
